I am unable to forward email from my Office 2010 Personal Folders inbox to another computer. These were emails saved in folders on my PC that I recently upgraded form Office 2000 to Office 2010. I would preferably like to forward them in bulk, but individually would be ok although a much bigger project. I use Windows XP

From what i understand you are talking about outlook ..2010 ..and you want certain mails to be saved..or directed to the spam folder (bulk ..) for that all you need is to mark the mails in the in-box folder..and do this by holding the ctrl key down to highlight multiple ..or check the box if they have one ..and after that the correct command is move to ..and choose the folder.. If you have certain addresses from which you want to direct the mails to bulk from the start ..just select them or ..check the box in the inbox...and than mark as spam or bulk ..by case.. If your intention is just to make space for new ones and not have to wonder about when you look for a mail ..but not want to delete them cause you might have future use..just make a new folder ..and name them saved..or even name them by month .or by project ..etc..and select similar mails and move them to that folder.. usually to make a new folder you have to click right on personal folders..and make a new one and name it ..
If you can not move them in outlook ..go on the web page mail ..and move them there from a folder to another just like I said ...select them by ticking the case in front of them ..and than for selected ones..click on move case..and choose bulk .. By web page for mail I mean hot mail or windows live or yahoo or whatever mail domain you use..Just log in into the web page mail ..and make the changes there if you are unable to do them in outlook ..If you can not move them in outlook ..go on the web page mail ..and move them there from a folder to another just like I said ...select them by ticking the case in front of them ..and than for selected ones..click on move case..and choose bulk .. a much simple way t do that is just right click on the email in the inbox..and select send to folder..or add sender as junk or spam ..and all future mails from that sender will be tagged as spam (bulk ) .. same thing with multiple mails..select them by holding down ctrl ..and right click and send them to ..foldera much simple way t do that is just right click on the email in the inbox..and select send to folder..or add sender as junk or spam ..and all future mails from that sender will be tagged as spam (bulk ) .. same thing with multiple mails..select them by holding down ctrl ..and right click and send them to ..folder
