Hi, turning on your bluetooth on any nokia bluetooth enabled phone is quite simple, all you have to do is to press the menu button, scroll to settings, then to connectivity, under connectivity you will see list of connections and you choose bluetooth, then you select to put it on or off. Should in case you try this and it does not come up, then your blurtooth is faulty and you have to take it to a mobile phone technician to fix it.
