If I understand your question, you have DDR RAM memory on your motherboard and the video card you want to install has DDr2. This card will work fine, the only thing you have to make sure of is the interface slot the card fits into on the motherboard. If you have a PCI-E slot, that is the kind of card you will need, same as if you have just a PCI slot. The RAM that resides on the video card is dedicated to the video card and does not intefere with the system memory or the system processors.
Do yourself a favor and don't skimp on the price when it comes to the PSU, that is one area where you get what you pay for. Make sure to get at least 500 watts and make sure it is modular in design, that way you only use the cables that you need. If you need more cables, you simply plug in another set into the back of the PSU...keeps it tidy and inproves the airflow.Do yourself a favor and don't skimp on the price when it comes to the PSU, that is one area where you get what you pay for.
