the problem is from the software or the computer you installed the program.
Uninstall the Autocad program, restart your computer and reinstall it again. If the problem still persist, then it means there is a problem with your windows operating system (win Xp) there might be virus on it. To confirm this, install the Autocad program on another computer and use the autocad on it. this will reveal if the problem is from the Autocad program or a windoes problem.
In case of windows problem, you will need to scan your computer for virus or re-install windows xp on your computer.

The problem is often caused by spyware. Sometimes self installing updates may cause the same problem.
Do a system restore to a date before the problem started to fix the problem.
After fixing the problem do a complete virus scan using an updated antivirus.
So system restore first.

The issue would in any case be when istalling, not when downloading. Ensure you allow installation when asked, or try temporarily disabling the Shield.

It will work, but having two antivirus working at same time will make computer slow. Spybot will detect software that normally is not reported by the antivirus. Antivirus do not report adware and similar software that is not technically and legally acknowledged as being a virus.(
How do I temporarily disable the Shield Deluxe?
Remove all temp files.
Scan your computer with updated antivirus.
Uninstall software which are recently installed and then this issue occur.
Press windows key + R key so you can see run type in run "chkdsk /r" then press "y" then restart computer then it fix and recover errors on harddrive.
Make sure graphic driver is working fine and windows xp is updated to service pack 2.
