Report "I am using jewels software (logicmate). I have downloaded the latest drivers. When I go to print, the tag is blank. I have been unable to get hold of logicmate today. I have darkened the tags within jewels but that doesn't help. I have made sure I fed the labels and ribbon properly. i have used this printer for over a year. i have rebooted everything. no luck. need to be able to print tags today. helllppppp thanks"
