I am using Proventure 2 and would like to be able use this programme on my desktop and laptop. I have managed to transfer the programme and some of my files for example my product and customers list but cannot and don't know how to get my existing invoices on to the transferred programme. Can you help. I hope what i have said makes sense. Thanks Tony

Usually when such problems are encountered the best way to transfer your invoices would be to copy them to the new machine. Invoices are usually created using the program and when created are saved somewhere on the unit usually the documents folder. Often times the program creates a folder under my documents where it stores created invoices. Once the program is installed on a new device if you locate these files on the old device and you copy them to the new device your invoices will be on the new device. Try locating all files on the PC relating to the program and carefully examine them one after the other to locate the invoices. Feel free to ask further assistance. Hope this solution has been helpful?
You can try to locate the location of the invoice on the old PC. You can do this by opening it through the program on the old PC select the invoice right click on the invoice and select open file location. This should take you to the containment folder for the invoices. You can try to locate the location of the invoice on the old PC. Really out of ideas. Although i havent used the program before just using experience from Oracle software and others to provide solution. Have you checked your Drive C/users/ current user of the old system? atimes softwares create a folder there and save certain files. And other times they dont create a folder just save the files there. Wanted to ask can you still open the invoices in the old unit? If you are on yahoo add me so we can chat and try to resolve this issue once and for all. yahoo id: rockme9000Really out of ideas.
