I am utterly lost - I have the NAD T754 - I have now connected a B&W AS1 to Subwoofer 2 outlet and 2 B&W pods to the B speakers - sound in the pods - but NOTHING apart from some static (nothing to do with music as it is also there when no music is playing) - what have I done wrong ? I have not connected the surround yet as the living room is not ready yet but wanted music on B speakers and AS1 in kitchen - HELP !!!!

You have to get into the NAD's On Screen Display and set it up (SUB ON) to direct bass to the SUB pre-outs.
