I am with Sprint and my phone is insured but it is not working correctly what can I do?
It cuts off in the middle of conversation. Will not take a full charge and screen freezes sometimes.

Have it repaired at a Sprint repair facility. Check your insurance contract to see what and what is not covered and decide from there.
