Report "I am working on a KT3 Ultra CE MS-6380E ver.1 mother board. The original problem was that nothing run after I pushed the power switch. I thought the Power Supply went out so I replaced the power supply but that did not solve the problem the symtom remain the same. I need to get a manual for this mother board so I can trace and verify all connections are good. Can you help with this problem and where I can download the manual"
