I bought 8 months ago the model 620somsk200, and 2 months later the temperature and pressure relief valve started to leak (with the heater plugged and unplugged). I thought I fixed, but now it's leaking from that valve and from the thermostat too. I went back to the store where I bought the product with this problem and they said that there's nothing they can do. Do I have a remedy for this problem with your warranty coverage?

You should have a six year warranty on parts and tank. At the least they should provid you with a new t&p valveAs far as the leak around the thermostat I would guess that it is coming from around opening where element goes into the tank. There are two type of elements, one that screws in and the other has four bolts that hold it in place. Both have a rubber gasket around them so you might try tightening bolts or making sure element is tightly screwed in. Check on the side or top of tank for a lable with a phone number on it for service. You can call them with the model and serial numbers and see if they can assist you.The worst thing on these warranties is they do not cover labor. Best of luck and thank you.
