I bought a 32 inch Apex TV at Christmas. from BJs. The box had been open and and resealed. apparently the remote never worked and the TV was returned. Unfortunately I am about 50 miles from the closet BJs and to pack it up and bring back the whole TV is ridiculous. I called the manager and she suggested I contact you and ask you to send me a new remote. Please help
