I bought a 93 Toyota 4 runner for my grandson we were told it sat for a year he's having problems with it shutting down when he comes to a stop and now I guess there is some shaking took to a shop and they r telling him that one of the Cylinders is bad what do we do? Plugs, wires have been changed

With a bad cylinder on a 24-yr old vehicle you drive it to a junk yard and ask how much it's worth. Putting in a used engine will cost more than the vehicle is worth.
