I bought a blue ray player model bd-hp210 and it will not play some disk. I have tried to down load the upgrade firmware but since I have MAC computer it will not work. Is there firmware available to fix this problem

In order to install the update, download the file here: http://www.sharpusa.com/CustomerSupport/ProductDownloads.aspx Then unzip the file, and burn the .MVP file to a disc using your finder. Then insert the disc into the player and it will automatically shut off giving you a message stating that the update will start as soon and the player shuts off. then the update will install itself.
