I bought a Bosch Ecosense Dishwasher from Lowes in December 2009. It won't turn on now. All the lights go on. There is an "h" that has appeared in the left timer position. Any ideas?

Thank you. Bought dishwasher at Lowe's one year ago and they were no help with anything. Don't think they know what to do except sell stuff out of a big box.
