I bought a Cosco Juvenille Altura Stroller and just assembled it. I tested it out and: 1) the front right wheel sometimes touches the ground while moving 2) when I pull stroller in reverse, the front right wheel doesn't rotate back; it just just stays parallel to the footrest and 'drags' back. How can I make it so that both front wheels are even?

It would seem to me that the overall frame of your buggy is bent, sounds like it drives as nice as a shopping cart that has been in an accident..
get out your mesuring tape and see where this charriot is wonky, to straighten it you could build yourself a jig and reast the frame in it and GENTLY apply presssure to attempt to make it sit straight, I would remove your front wheels and make sure they are not damaged see if the shaft that inserts into the bottom of the frame is straight and lube the hell out of it when you put it together Thanks and good luck Shawn
