Report "I bought a craig 13 in hdtv model # clc503, about a year ago, never opened the box, was waiting to have cable put in kitchen, but my bedroom tv died, so i opened box. it was obvious it was a returned tv, nothing was in the little plastic bags, no warranty papers, and there were batteries in remote. the remote does not work, used mirror to see no light coming from it. the tv just by buttons on it comes on and goes to only one channel. I cannot set up anything without remote. I purchased this at CVS, and I am sure they wont do anything after a year, I know it was wrong of me not to check it out right away, how stupid of me to think it would work,. because it was brand new. please send me another working remote. thank you. my name and addrss it Mary Jo Shuster 49 s.
