I bought a glowbuoy about a year and a half ago. I have only used it 2 or 3 times. I recently went to use it. I recharged the battery but when I tried to turn it on there was no light.red light steel flushing after 8 hours charging

According to the owner's manual for this pool light, a blinking red light indicates that an error has occured during charging. It says that if you have unplugged and tried again and still have a blinking red light, the condition of the battery is questionable and it might need to be replaced. The only place that you can purchase these replacement batteries is from an authorized pool store or directly from the manufacturer. You will not be able to replace the batteries yourself.
