I bought a hauck. travel system in may may 2010..my daughter is 7 months old now and the pushchair has started tearing and will not support her weight...i still have receipt...the rain cover is tearing and footmuff strings have broken

Definately where ever you got it from take it back should not have done this after such a short time , iuse to sell these and normally are good ,defo take it back you are well in your rights for a refund as the goods are faulty dont let them fob you off as this is for the safety of your child ,if they say no or wont exchange threaten with trading standards.
hi i myselve have bought this 3 in one and my son is only 4 month and my pram has been in the shop 3 times due to faults and after the the 3rd time when the wheel fell of while i was pushing my son round town i told the shop i want my money back to buy a diff make of pram, i was told NO becoz its how i am handling the pram ?. i am now lending a pram from a friend and have contacted trading standards, and have been tod i mite have to take them to court which i will but am angry that i have to do so
