Report "I bought a new kaspersky antivirus software. to instll it, i had to remove my previous AV software, Symantec Antivirus AV - 10.0.359.0. i tried add or remove programs but it dint work. so thot i cud delete the folder and deleted t. but t dint get cumpletely deleted and now as sum msi file is missing, it is not getting uninstalled. so, i must either get the same version installed again or get an msi file. ver do i get the same version online download?"
