I bought a second hand go-ped, there is no indication of any brand, anything, I need to buy some spare parts, but do know the displacement- probably it is midi goped 41, the spark plug is BM6A. How can I find exact capacity of the engine? and what is the petrol-oil ratio for these 2-stroke engines? thanks a lot Marek
"Go-Ped" is a Brand of scooter, so if you have a Go-ped, it will say it all over the scooter. On the deck, On the motor, on the frame, etc.
Most scooters with no name, or branding, are Chinese scooters and they usually share the same qualities as many other Chinese scooters. 45cc-50cc Two stroke engines mix fuel anywhere from 25:1-50:1. richer is 25:1, and Leaner is 50:1. You will generally get more power from leaner mixture, but you will also run a higher risk of ruining the engine. 25:1 is richer and safer to run. Anywhere in between is usually safe too as long as you stay towards the richer mixture.
For parts, I use this Online Electric Scooter Parts Store, as they have many universal parts for Chinese Scooters, and also performance upgrades too. Enjoy.
Go-Ped or GoPed is a brand of powered scooter and if it is a Go-Ped brand powered scooter then you should find the word "Go-Ped" on it somewhere. I think on average a Go-Ped will have the Go-Ped brand on it in about 17 different places and would seem unlikely that that all the labels are removed.
