I bought a snow globe and I can't get it to charge nor turn on. My pc won't even recognize it. What is the deal and do I just need to send it back? It is a Unison Digi-Snowglobe with DPFMate software
I also have this same snow globe bought it in Pigeon Forge, TN this Christmas...today I decided to pull it out and use it and guess what?? It wont come on and my computer doesnt reckognize it either...Did you ever get yours working?? If so how?? Thanks
