Report "I bought a used 1999 Chevy Malibu Cluster from a local junkyard. I left the wiring harness on & cut it at the wires so that I could save it if I needed it to give it power & view the mileage. My question is can I do that without having to hook up some type of scan tool to it so I can view how much mileage is on it?"
