I bought an Dual dash cam from Bid or buy. The item the seller sent is just a single camera. He said that dual is day and night vision. But the picture clearly shows front and back camera. He said that the picture is wrong and will refund and will deduct a 30% processing fee as well as a Return Fee. Bid or buy came to same conclusion the item is wrong the title was misleading and I must be refunded in full or sent the correct item. The seller will not sent me the correct item or refund me in full. What can I do to resolve this.
