I bought my Ariens 11528LE last year at Home depot. I did not realize that there was a problem, at the time, but the chute was never locked into place. If I used the handle to turn the chute to the right or left, it would just swing back the other way, depending on what type of angle I was on. the end result was that the majority of the snow kept blowing back on me. I WENT TO A REPAIR PLACE AND THEY TOLDME THAT THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED, BEFORE I LEFT THE STORE. If I leave it at the shop, they'll have it for two weeks. He said it is an easy fix if I can find the manual or go on line. How do I adjust the chute so that it locks in the position that I turn it?
