The cut off cord has come out the power is on it keeps saying off . dont no where to conect it can u help me thanks ..

Check if you are getting power to the treadmill by simply plugging in a lamp first to the outlet then the power strip then check if the on/off reset is engaged. Then if you have to proceed to under the motor shroud (See owners manual for removing shroud) you will need a multi-meter to trace back to the Motor Control Board to see if you are getting AC Power. You should be still under manufacturer,s warranty call them for service in that case.
