I bought NEW 7" Mini Netbook Laptop Notebook WIFI Windows 2GB HD and i got it turned on and everything was great.then i turned it off and turned back on about hour later and the whole program was gone ther is nothing on the computer at all,no windows or anything.no start menu or files.any solutions would help,thank you mike

As this is a New One, so we could only Follow Simple Procedure :-
1. Try to ON your Notebook using Adapter.Wait for 4-5 minutes and then Turn ON the Power Button on the notebook.
If the Notebook would start, that would confirm Faulty Battery.
2. Windows might be Corrupted. When you start ON the Notebook, Press F8. Do you get any Screen?
Do you see any Backlight?
If you have a Windows CD ( Usually they would give you ), RUN that and check, if the Notebook would allow you to Reinstall / Repair Windows.
If Still nothing appears, it seems that there is a Hardware issue and you need to Call the Manufacturer to get a Replacement.
