I bought the liteon 20x dvd writer about two mths ago, which had the nero 7 essentials disc with it. I installed everything,including the nero 7 essentials disc and completed burning cd's. now when i go to burn anything it is telling me that it has expired when there was noithing that said it was a trial run,and noithing written to say it was a trial run. please help me as i dont belive i should have to pay out other $89.95 for my system when i have already spent money to install the liteon dvd writer 20x

Your only solution would be to do an internet search for open source dvd authoring software. If you just want to copy and burn dvd's there is a lot of open source software, you just have to try them out to see what fits your needs. Open source is free.
The reason I said what I said was that if it says it has expired there is nothing more you can do other than purchase it.
