I bought the printshop2.0 deluxe about 2 months ago and since then I cannot use it because everytime I tried to work on a project a pop up comes up like " An internet connection is required to access the clip art and ready made projects". I am on the internet so I dont know why I'm having this problem. Is there a problem with the software. Also, the IT personnel was here to see if thje problem could be solved but he was not able to do so

I'm thinking that PrintShop won't work anywhere except installed onto C: Drive. Some programs are just like that.

Uninstall and try install it again, ensure you follow all the procedures when installing and restart your system after installing it.
