Always a good ideal to keep an old basic VGA card around for just this sort of emergency comparison. But I believe 3 beeps may be the memory. You can look up the Power On Self Test (POST) codes from the mother board maker. Anyway, swapping is the only way I know to tell, otherwise. But make SURE you disconnect the power cord from the computer first. These days motherboards are continuously powered, so you can't just turn off the computer and start safely unplugging things.
3 beeps is a good indication that video card is dead. Try the card in another slot if possible, or another PC. If it does not work, it is time for a new one. At 6 months old, you may have luck with a warranty. Contact the manufacturer. In the meanwhile, hit up the local PC repair shops for a cheap used card so you can at least limp around the internet while you solve you broken card problems.
