I can get everything on the p.c except ebay. it keeps telling me the sever is not found. if i use my p.c in someonr elses house it works so it is not connected to my account

Use another computer to leave feedback and to contact Ebay regarding your problem that should work until you get your computer Ebay problem fixed
im sure they will understand

now can you get an internet connection at all
if not reset your modem
