I can hear my own voice on the headset of the Avaya 4610sw
When I am on a call, I have to pull the head phone away from my ear and just speak - otherwise all i can here is ME. How do I stop the voice echo I hear?

Try to keep the mic at a disttance and spek if you keep the mic near or the volume high you will definatly get that problem......
