I can hear my party on the gn 9120 headset great but they cannot hear me at all. we have adjusted the volume & that isnt the problem. it worked great at my office for years. i brought it home to use with my home phone & connected it according to the directions to one of my corded phones (not a wireless phone). and i can hear great in the headset but no one can hear me. can i not use the headset with my corded home phone?
