I can not get the water temp to above 180F and the local health inspector realy want it to have the minimum of 71 degree celcius or 180F.If I leave the machine idle the temperature gauge show 72C but as soon as I start runing it , temp drop down to around 60C.Any susgestion? Thanks

You have to check the booster element what amp they are drawing there are three elements if only two are working it will still goes up to 72C may be it need longer time to get there. Secondly I would check the in coming water from your hot water tank it should be 60C at the machine , To check this incoming water temperature the best way is checking the temp. at the sink nearest to the dishwasher. 9 out of 10 I do find this is the main cause of the problem ( the in coming water temp is too low)
