Your device should not need drivers Fte Fantom/Titanium drives are fully supported by both Windows and Mac OS's. Try replacing the cable or using a different USB port. Sorry I cannot be of more help, The drive itself may be damaged, You can test this by physically removing the drive itself from the case and installing it internally to your system....If the drive functions properly, then the problem is within the board inside the casing.
