I can only get heating to the radiators upstairs, not downstairs
I can only get heating to the radiators upstairs, and no heating to the radiators downstairs. I've tried bleeding all the radiators several times, and tried topping up the tank in the loft. Now there is faint heating to a couple of the radiators downstairs, but none in the sitting room at all.

Balance the rads.
upstair radiators turn all valves off,heat will then divert downstairs,open valves upstairs 4 turns on locksheilds and number 4 on trvs if u have any.
then if that does not work get a combi or powerflush.
if u cant afford then drain a little from rads,get x300 sludge remover from plumb shop and put in header tank(not hot water tank).
then fill system up and repeat balancing.

hi i have the same problem as the above person only its my upstairs that dont seem to heat we have been bleeding them nearly weekly tey hold thier heat for about 24 hours ten back to square one the radiators down stairs work fine what do you suggest that i do thanks sandra
