If none of the other solutions work this is a more extrema option I had this same problem with the Samsung L830 I had no camera experience so you know this is not too difficult.
I unscrewed the front cover by taking out the screws on the sides and bottom. (make sure you put them where they wont get lost they are very small)
Snap off the front cover
In the upper right hand corner next to the lens there is a cover with three screws in it remove this cover.
There Should be some gears if you remove the gears clean them and make sure it is running smoothly, then replace everything in the correct order it may solve your problem
Just follow this link where you have some tips to deal with stucked lenses. Personnaly, I had to do the last tip to make things work but well, it's alright now !
