PRess set/save "set 1 date" will appear on the lcd screen, 2. press set/save again to confirm 3. the year e.g 2003 will blink press UP or Down to adjust the value. 4. Press Set/Save to confirm 5. Then it wil taoggle to moth, repeat the above steps to change month, then it will toggle to day and time, ect press set/save to save then press delete to exit
