I cannot adjust anymore the parameters of the monitor from the 4 keys from the front panel and my brightness is extremely low. What can be done? Regards, DP [email protected]

Unfortunately it sounds like the crt or picture tube is failing. Even though some can be rejuvenated it will be costly getting crt replaced or rejuvenated.
