I cannot connect to the itunes store. It says that I need to check my internet connection. My internet connection is fine. I have Webroot spy sweeper and Windows 7. I think Webroot is blocking the itunes store. Please help. Thanks

I don't believe it could do that, unless you have a firewall on it. If you have a firewall see if you can disable that and then if that doesn't work, you most likely should uninstall it because if it is going to create issues for you then you shouldn't use it.
