Upon moving to a new home, the capsule holder was lost. When contacting Nespresso for the part, I have been told three times they part was available. Then about a week after placing the order, I receive an email notifying me that the part is unavailable. Is there a place to order this part other than from the company? I've searched, but cannot find one...
