The last mission I completed was 'The Lure', and now nobody will call me with my next mission. I figured out, if I fly a helicopter to the top of the Empire State Building, I receive a call from "PACKIE" telling me to lay low, and he'll be in touch. I am only about 35% done with the missions, and have played countless hours waiting for this call to come, but it never does. I even started a new game, with a different disc...still nothing. Please help.
