I cannot remember how to take off the back of my Fresh Air. The older model of fresh air had 2 screws on the side -- this one doe not. Just a screw in the back and that one is off and still cannot take of the back to clean

Just squeeze the back sides in slightly to allow the plastic tabs to release from the left and right sides of the unit. Then lift the bottom portion of the back cover first then the sides then the top to remove the back cover.

Worked Great. On mine I had to unscrew one tiny phillips screw first.
Sorry, I should have mentioned that you needed to unscrew the phillips head screw first, before taking the back off.
