Here is the link from pulsar for instruction manuals, they are one of the hardest manufacturers to find instructions for. They even say on the Pulsar website where I found these that they do not provide them for consumers.. :) The caseback of your watch should have a caliber movement on it, perhaps it is the number you mentioned and the website lists the manual by these numbers.
