I cannot turn my nextbook on it lights up as though charging but everytime I push on button I get nothing there is a slight chip in the charging hole the charger goes to it

I cannot turn my nextbook on it lights up as though charging but everytime I push on button I get nothing there is a slight chip in the charging hole the charger goes to it

How can I have this fixed I don't know what else could be wrong maybe you do help please
