First off make sure the software is downloaded from the product website. If not just search for the product to get the website, then search within the website for the controller software. If it is downloaded, try uninstalling it and redownloading it. Second,: I had this problem too. But it just stopped one day so I'm not sure what was wrong. If all else fails then just give it some time. It may fix itself over time. Also to reset it you need the custumizer software, as far as I know.
