I can't connect my samsung j700 to my pc with the USB
Everything seems to work fine until I am ready to connect. I click on file, then connection. USB is normally already highlighted but it says 'not connected'. I click on connect and nothing ever happens. HELP ME PLEASE

This might work you may have to try all of your usb ports
Once you've installed the samsung software and drivers, plug the USB cable into the BACK of your PC (A USB2 slot).
sometimes the one's in the front are not correctly configured and do not detect any new software like cameras and phones very well.
