I can't enter the password !!
Hi.. I have a Buffalo HD-PX500U2/BLK, my problem is when I entered the password, the "OK" button is nonfunctional. Keep clicking it few times and pressing "Enter" also the same. The hint button is working but it's not helping with anything. And when I click "Cancel" it shows: "It is restricted to enter the password, Please note that restriction time is decreased only while the screen to enter the password is displayed." and then it close !! I tried after few days and kept that screen open, but nothing changed !! I don't want to "reset to the factory defaults" because I don't want to lose my data, would anyone help me please ? and I will be very thankful.
