I can't enter the privileged exec.\r\n ex. switch> en password: password: password: % bad password by the way there is no password and when i try to type next to password i can't and shows this % unknown command or computer name, or unable to find computer address. Actually this is happened after reloading

I have limited knowledge in this area, however if the switch is set to factory defaults, it should go something like this
hit return to start.
password = asking4
then type en and hit enter
password = trouble
then type config t
then your commands ?
Then type wr mem when done
