I can't get antivirus to download
I just purchased the webroot antivirus with antispyware & firewall at Staples. The spyware and firewall went fine and downloaded but the antivirus won't download. They say I have to pay 10.00 to download it
but why should I. So I took the disc out and don't know what to do. Question is: how do I get the antivirus protection to download? Do I have to uninstall the program and start from scratch, or is it a one time deal. Thank you. If there is no solution, I will take it back, get my money and go back to Norton. thank you

Norton is better. you could uninstall it and try again as long as it has a product key u have to enter. but in my opinion, stick with norton
