I CANT GET OFF THE SET UP SCREEN , MANGNAVOX 47" TV, NO UNIV. REMOTES HAVE WORKED, PRESS THE GREEN BUTTON TO PROCEED?
I have a magnavox 47" tv, when i turn the tv on it says 'thank you for your purchase of this magnavox tv. please proceed with the following steps to setup your tv for the best possible picture performance.' at the bottom of the screen it has 4 dots: red, green, yellow, blue. then under that it says' press the Green Next button located on your remote control to proceed. ...I HAVE TRIED 2 DIRFFENT UNIVRSALS REMOTES STILL NOTHING? HELP?

The TV was turn ON for the first time or the TV reboot/reset.
Universal remotes are not as "universal" as we like them to be. They only control a very, small amount of options for the TV.
You'll need the remote that came with the TV to fix this problem because it has the special RED, GREEN, YELLOW, and BLUE buttons you need.
